Health clinics are a one day event focused on mobilizing health professionals to provide free medical and dental care in collaboration with local churches.

How it Works
Recruit Your Mobilization Team
Based on specific principles, your Whole Health strategist will help you identify ideal church members to implement your health efforts.
Host Your Health Clinic
Each member of your mobilization team will be assigned a specific task, and together, coordinate a health clinic providing free medical and dental services for up to hundreds of families in your neighborhood.
Follow Up With Neighbors
Using relationships forged at both the professional and local church level, follow up with your new neighbors so you can continue to serve them and share the Good News.

How much does it cost?
We do ask for a donation. We offer a variety of clinic kits for you and your church. Don't let your church's ability to donate stop you from talking with us today. We offer grants on a first come first serve basis for churches that cannot afford these packages.
Seed to Oaks is a registered 501c(3)
nonprofit.
We help socially-driven pastors and professionals connect and mobilize their resources through guided social initiatives. These initiatives are proven, strategic and straight forward to implement; designed as a sustainable means for community change that is real and measurable.
Starter Kit: $250
Includes our health clinic manual. A full-scope health clinic manual outlining in detail our ten-step process. Also includes our health clinic workbook, which is an accompanies the manual and is designed to help you make decisions and keep all your information in one place.
Standard Kit: $750
In addition to the above, we consult with your church or non-profit to walk with you through every step of your clinic planning process. Your health strategist is available by telephone and/or video conference up to eight times during your clinic process to keep you on track, trouble shoot problems, and help spur you on.
Comprehensive Kit: $1,500
In addition to the above, you will receive a link to your church’s own Drobox file for your clinic. Our forms will be customized with your clinic’s information. Your file will include guest and volunteer forms that will help you keep your clinic above the board and professional.
